Our latest water infrastructure project has successfully provided clean, safe drinking water to over 1,000 families in remote villages across Guatemala. This milestone represents months of collaboration with local communities and partners.

The project, which began in June 2023, involved the installation of 15 community wells, water treatment facilities, and the establishment of local water management committees. Each committee has been trained in maintenance and sustainable water resource management.

Impact on Communities

Prior to this initiative, families in these communities spent an average of 3 hours daily collecting water from distant sources. The new water systems have reduced this time to just minutes, allowing children to attend school regularly and women to engage in income-generating activities.

Local health clinics have reported a 60% reduction in waterborne diseases since the project's completion. This improvement in public health has led to increased school attendance and workplace productivity.
